TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services of Pillarstone Group Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
SERVICES
Pillarstone Group Inc. provides business consulting and advisory services. The scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
PRICING AND FEES
Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each engagement. Fees may be structured as project-based, milestone-based, hourly, or retainer arrangements as agreed in writing prior to commencement of services.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance. For milestone-based projects, payment is due upon completion of each milestone. Pillarstone Group Inc. reserves the right to require an upfront deposit before beginning work.
LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid in full.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the customized nature of consulting services, payments for completed work are non-refundable. If a client cancels an engagement, the client is responsible for payment for all work performed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed may be refunded at the sole discretion of Pillarstone Group Inc., unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary information, documentation, and personnel required to perform services effectively.
NO GUARANTEES
While we strive to provide high-quality strategic guidance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance improvements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original materials created by Pillarstone Group Inc. remain the property of Pillarstone Group Inc. until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pillarstone Group Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate a services agreement in accordance with the termination terms outlined in the applicable written agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pillarstone Group Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
MODIFICATIONS
Pillarstone Group Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
